If you are still using Brick Builder’s Balloon.css implementation, just know that this is a known bug as of v1.9.6 and below. A workaround is to enqueue Balloon.css (tooltips.min.css) file using a custom snippets plugin or inside of your child theme.

Here is an example of enqueueing tooltips-min-css inside of my child theme BEFORE the child theme’s styles and scripts.

```php
// Enqueue tooltips.min.css from Bricks Builder
wp_enqueue_style( 'tooltips-min-css', get_template_directory_uri() . '/assets/css/libs/tooltips.min.css', array(), '1.0' );
// Enqueue your child theme stylesheet
wp_enqueue_style( 'child-theme', get_stylesheet_uri(), ['bricks-frontend'], filemtime( get_stylesheet_directory() . '/style.css' ) );
```
