A quick update – new chapter, new goals

It’s been a minute since my last post, so I wanted to check in and share what’s been happening behind the scenes. The past few months have been some of the busiest of my life - but all for good reason.

I wanted to post a short check-in.

I’ve officially finished my ACCA and qualified as a Chartered Accountant. That’s been a long stretch of studying alongside work, so I’m glad to finally close that chapter.

Around the same time, I also started a new role in Commercial Finance. It’s been a good move, but between a new job and final exams, the last few months were busy enough that the blog had to take a back seat.

Things are settling down now, and I’m easing back into writing and being a bit more present again.

What’s next

A few people have asked how I managed ACCA alongside full-time work, so I’m putting together a short, free blog series around that.

Nothing overly polished or prescriptive – just what actually worked for me. Study routines, time management, exam prep, staying motivated, and where tools (including AI) helped rather than distracted.

If you’re early into ACCA, or deep in the middle of it, I think it’ll be useful.

I’ll publish the first post soon.

Thanks for sticking around, and for the patience while things were quiet.
More to come.
